Merry Christmas...I'm so excited about the season. Heather and I are always thrilled to put up the tree and crank out the Christmas Music. I was reading this scripture this morning, and thought it was perfect for the time of year. The Bible always reminds us where we need to be and where we need to focus our attention. Read these words of Jesus and bless him with a gift this season. Make sure you look out as much as you look in. Merry Christmas.
When Christ comes to reign as king on His glorious throne, He will say to the sheep on His right hand, "Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; I was naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me." Then the righteous will answer Him, "Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You something to drink? And when did we see You a stranger and invite You in, or naked and clothe You? And when did we see You sick or in prison and come to You?" And the King will answer and say to them, "I tell you the truth, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did it to Me." (Matthew 25:31, 34-40)
